What prompted you to get these tests?
MS is typically diagnosed from clinical presentation of symptoms plus a finding on MRI. If you had symptoms typical of MS such as vision problems, leg and/or arm weakness and sensory issues (numbness, buzzing, pins and needles) etc. then based on what you have above its definitely a possibility. Other tests, blood and a lumbar puncture can help confirm and also rule out other issues.
I know it can be frustrating getting diagnosed but if it is MS you got the rest of your life to get use to it. I say that because Yes there is disease modifying drugs for most, but there is no cure. Once you got it, you got it, so "hurray up and wait" as they say...
