I don't think its ever safe to tell anyone by just a brain MRI that they do or don't have MS.....what i will tell you is MS would usually be a less likely cause, if the only thing the MRI's have picked up in 6 years (2011 to 2017) is a total of 2 tiny (less than 3mm) non specific lesions in just the left hemisphere of the cerebrum.
The cerebrum is the upper, front portion of the brain and it has two hemispheres or halves, left and right and a not uncommon location of non specific micro vascular white matter lesions.
