multiple sclerosis 18 years old

hello every one i hope everyone is in good health does fasculation or twitches be a sign of ms im undiagnosed it was one of my first symptoms i was scared i had als at the start but some one with als told me that body wide fasculations are not a sign of als and a neuro told me same with ms and if not what causes muscle twitches thank you and what needs to be affected or damaged to cause muscle twitches thank you. i do have other symptoms aswell such as erythomalgia red eyes and sever joint pain that moves around and testicle pain thank you.
