solu-medrol and increased appetite

I am on day 4 without solu-medrol, but still have the increased appetite..Shouldn't this be going away soon? It's driving me nuts as I worked so hard to lose 48 pounds and sure don't want the solu to blow it. I'm not doing this again. The side effects were awful and the results have not been worth it at all.

My appetite slowed down a few days after I was finished with the treatment,
I am starting another five day course tomorrow.

Try not to beat yourself up over something you really can't control.

I eat a lot of chips, hummus and salsa.

At least there is protein in the hummus, the salsa is a fat free food and the corn chips only add up a little.

Good luck.

Hi Willow,

Still have the hollowy growling? That's miserable. I'd think it would be fading too, unless your increased your calories during the days you were on it - and, if you are eating less, maybe they are those pesky sympathy pangs, lol Well, that's what I call them anyway

Hope the hunger leaves you alone too! Congrats on your 48 lb loss! Add fiber maybe? Just thinking off the top of my head, maybe that would fill w/out over filling :(
