Blurred vision and tinnitus, head feels weird. To Lama Chahine

To Lama Chahine, MD or anyone else that might give me great insight on what I have or more important, how to get rid of this. I'm using this forum because I've seen countless doctors of all kinds of expertise and none of them have been able to help me. I'm really desperate...

My headache or severe pressure at both temples has suddenly vanished a few days ago after having it for 18 months. At both sides of my head it stopped giving pressure at the same time. I really have the feeling that something is happening with me that no one else has. My head feels weird, the muscels on the side of my face, on my forehead and the ones located at my ears sometimes contract by itself not extremely, but the ones on top of my head feel stiff. There's no tension caused by me, even though there has been an exruciating amount of tension in the past. I'm also worried that this tension of the past has ruptured something in my head which is causing my blurred vision and tinnutis all day long. What are the possible ramifacations after having an insane amount of tension/ pressure in my head? I previously did not tell that I've also seen a neurologist. The MRI which was taken of me also consisted of an MRA, I assume that's what you meant by additional images. It didn't show anything out of the ordinary. I'm currently considering a lumbar puncture. If possible I'd like to hear more about possible illnesses that I might have.

Dear Friend,
If your MRI was normal, than what is the need for undergoing a lumbar puncture?
Invasive investigations should be avoided as much as possible.

Also you have accepted the fact that previously you had a lot of stress. So i will still co-relate the same with the stress, that has still not evacuated your sub-conscious level.
The human mind has Conscious and Sub-conscious minds and the latter is more challenging.
I still believe that you don't physical illness but is related to the organic source.

Best would be, to have a session with a good councilor, who can explore the possibility to understand the level of sub-conscious mind involvement.

Please discuss.
I have read your previous post and hence would not like to repeat what Dr Lama had told and hence am trying to keep my answer short and to the point.

Dear Doctor,

To rule out intracranial hypertension, MS and such some doctors are recommending to me to undergo a lumbar puncture. I haven't ruled out the subconscious mind as a possibility what is causinig all this, but it's difficult to grasp the subconscious mind. You are probably recommending a councilor who is familiar with hypnosis am I right?

Thank you very much for your help so far,

Kind regards,
