Dear Guduri,
Would suggest that you have rest for 10 days and then only re-start the physiotherapy.

If i want to strengthen my back, neck and legs i have to do exercises but i cant do it because the subsided pain will occur again. so pls help me regarding this, I was tired by wandering around doctors.

Dear Guduri,
Well physiotherapy needs to be done for 6 weeks minimum with pain killers.
Failure of physiotherapy, if happens, can be managed by bed rest.
If it fails then epidural steriod injection. And finally if that also fails, then it required Surgery.
Also consult your treating Orthopaedician or Neurosurgeon.
