Possible compressed nerves in neck and lower back?

My problem was at first just elbow pain and left knee pain.  Went to the ER and they had no clue said to see my doctor and gave me some pain meds. Went to doctor and about that time I started to had pinky and ring finger numbness on both arms. So she said to get a EMG, which will happen November 9th.

Now intense jaw pain, from my TMJ getting much worst from eating chewy candy, and I had bent my back and neck a lot by putting my head on my desk and my desk is pretty low from me. And it was only until a few days after that did I notice my arm and leg problem.

Since that time, in order that they started to appear. I've then develop numbness in left leg, left arm and shoulder, burning senstations on arms and legs and upper chest, same with random pain, and then right arm and leg. Then some facial numbness on my left side then started on my right. They seem to be going away but I still have those random pains and burning sensations, not intense though. But I still have a tightness, and at times pain, in my lower mid back and back of my neck. I also now am getting headaches that feel like migraines at times. Went to ER again, tey gave me a CT scan it showed nothing wrong with brain.

Could all of this be from be pinching nerves when I bent my back and neck? Could have did something with my spinal disks when I did that?

Dear Jon,
Well pinched nerve is the most common and simple thought condition , when someone experiences these sorts of symptoms.CT scan of the brain , will not hepl much in the diagnosis.Nerve conduction Velocity (NCV) testing helps is a better way, to demonstrate the pinched nerve.I hope that you are not a diabetic, as neuropathy can also occur along with all these.
Also since you are having Headaches, this can be either due to migrane or due to the stress you are undergoing due to these conditions.
So it's advisable to get NCV done and simultaneously get a specialist consultation done for the same.
Keep us informed.
Regards.

I think I may have pinched the nerve again or something as 2 days ago I had moved my head back and forth at night and then the next day I have servere pain in my neck. A hot gel pack on it helped a lot. Could this be from muscles spasms after pinching a nerve again? The pain is only a little now.

But I now seem to get more burning sensetions around my neck. My neck muscles do seem to be tight though. I also now notice some cracking noises at the back of my neck. Seems to happen mostly when I move my arm in a way that would involve the muscles back there.

I really hope I don't need surgry at this point. The EMG is to be done this Friday and then my orthopedic doctor will call about the results hopefully monday but for sure by Tuesday.

My back doesn't bother me at all still but I still have the leg numbness, more like a tingling, and random burning sensations there too. I do feel like my spine is curved but I think that feeling is just from the numbness or something.

Should I post this somewhere else?

Thank you for your help.
