The patient present situation
1. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
1) His left hand finger can not extend at present. His right hand finger can extend except for the pink finger.

His left hand extends slightly high compared to his right hand, also his right hand extends high that would be stabbing pain forcefully.

The patient had five times surgery treatment through buries the medicine on two arms. This surgery average every 40 days one time, in which left arm three times, and right arm two times.
Treatment medicine: Carbamazepine, Phenytoin Sodium, Oryzanol, Vitamin C, Calcium Saccharide Tablets, A.T.P, V.B.6, Nitrazepam Tablets, Phenobarbital Tablets
The patient did not allow eating the fat, the lard, the mutton, the smoke, and the alcohol. The patient may eat thin pork, the chicken, the fish, the duck and the animal internal organs and so on. And the patient should not eat some irritant foods including pungently, and not drink the tea.
