explain my MRI results.

I had an MRI and waiting for Doctor to explain my results. Can anyone help explain to me.IMPRESSION 1. Small regions of encephalomalacia inferior both frontal lobes similar to prior exam due to known prior traumatic injury. Small T2/FLAIR hyperintensities inferior both frontal lobes slightly reduced due to known injury. 2. Tiny T2 FLAIR/FLAIR hyperintensity left parietal white matter unchanged and nonspecific. A few new small T2/FLAIR hyperintensities in white matter of the cerebral hemispheres are non-specific. These tiny nonspecific white matter signal abnormalities possibly related to previous injury, small-vessel ischemic disease, age related white matter change, migraines, hypertension, demyelinating disease, vasculitis or gliosis. 3. Small meningioma anterior above left frontal lobe slightly increased in size measuring 10 mm greatest dimension. No significant mass effect on adjacent brain. 4. Stable small arachnoid cyst lateral left frontal region measuring 1.7 cm greatest dimension. No significant mass effect on adjacent brain.   FINDINGS Small regions of encephalomalacia inferior both frontal lobes similar to prior exam due to known prior traumatic injury. Small enhancing extra-axial mass anteriorly above left frontal lobe slightly increased in size most likely meningioma and measuring on sagittal images 8 x 7 mm and coronal images 10 x 6 mm and axial images 8 x 7 mm. No significant mass effect on adjacent brain. Small extra-axial fluid collection lateral and inferior to left frontal lobe unchanged and likely arachnoid cyst. No significant mass effect on adjacent brain. It measures on axial images 1.7 x 1.4 cm transversely and coronal images 1.4 x 0.6 cm and sagittal images 1.3 x 0.8 cm. Ventricles normal in size and configuration. No midline shift. Cervicomedullary junction normal. Paranasal sinuses clear. Small collection of T2/FLAIR hyperintensity inferior right mastoid air cells most likely some trapped fluid. Left mastoid air cells clear
