headaches

Hi my sister is having severe head pain she describe as a pressure like her head is going to explode , she is curently at the hospital for 2 weeks .cant be without pain meds in IV. did MRI, CT,MRA,all with and without contras,even a angiogram all came back normal.her leftside seems as if she had a mini stroke. week arms week legs at one time swollen .waht on earth could be the problem what could be causing such severe headaches,and left side problems please help the dr's are trying every test they can do. Please help.

ok,today they decided to go ahead with doing a cervical spine indepth look with ct n xray
thank you for suggestions i will keep update with progression

Hi ...I am so sorry to hear ur sister is in such pain....may I ask, u said she had MRI's and CT scans...were they just of her brain or did they do her cervical spine as well?

Just wonder if she has a bulging disk impinging a nerve.....

Has she seen a neurologist or even a chiropractor she might find help there.
