2 lesions on spinal cord and one in right frontal lobe

a few months ago I started having severe neck and arm pain , along with numbness and tingling down my left arm and into my hand.  I was sent to a pain and spine doc, and prescribed PT.  The symptoms got worse, then better, then worse over a months time.  My doc ordered an MRI of my spine and they found two lesions. One 2mm and one 3mm.  I have been having dizziness, but I'm also taking Gabapentin, so I wasn't sure if it was meds or me.  After the first 2 lesions were found, doc ordered a brain MRI to check for MS.  There is a "single 4 mm focus of nonspecific hyperintensity within the subcortical region in the right frontal lobe" which the radiologist says is of doubtful clinical significance.

I'm having strange hypersensitivity on my left side, where the pain and numbness has been.  I don't go back to see the doc for a couple of weeks, so I thought I'd come and see what I could find out.

Is this all something to be concerned about?  The report says ". MRI examination of brain felt be within normal limits. No findings seen to suggest demyelinating process", but is there something else that I need to be concerned about, since I'm having odd symptoms?
