24/7 CONSTANT Jumpy Vision...etc

Hello! I am searching desperately as to what to do about my situation. I am 26 year old female that has been having serious issues for almost 7 months ago. Currently...I am experiencing 24/7 constant jumpy, shaky, jerking vision---seems worse when looking at objects in peripheral and above or far away--but it is ALWAYS there. I also have a black floater in my right eye that has been constant every day too. My left top eyelid twitches daily for periods quite long periods of time. I also have imbalance and just an unwell--not myself--feeling.  Also having sharp chest pains and had a week-long pain in my upper shoulder blade which the dr thought was pleurasy....still having pains in lower front of ribs and middle chest etc. at least on a daily basis.

This all started:
June of this summer---felt weird, spacy-out of it one day and thought maybe i was getting some kind of middle ear infection--which i have had before a few recurrent back in 2001 where i would have the weird --dizzy--kind of feeling. antibiotics would get rid of it. after a few days, i went to my general dr and he prescribed cephalosporin for an INNER ear infection---which i am unsure if that is what he had been treating back in 2001---it was my understanding that antibiotics don't treat that.
well....
had an allergic reaction to the cephalosporin and had to go to the ER with 160 heart rate, shaking, rash, etc. i was also having some chest pain. They did x-ray of chest and something after i think QVC or something..that came back normal. I was treated with benadryl and some other meds for the reaction.  from that point...everything kinda snowballed...i was having panic attacks and the next day had to go back to the ER for serious dizziness and i was i guess having a panic attack---I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE before and have never had anxiety. they did a CT scan which was normal...they told me that i had a virus in my ear and had LABRYNTHITIS.  over the next few months as i got a tad better, i didn't have a swirling vision, but it went to objects moving in and out-like pictures moved away from the wall)....to now a shaky-back and forth-vision. I did have bad headaches throughout this, and had one migraine with aura about 2 months ago. Along with the random chest pains, tingling in hands-which has stopped, extremely RED TOES that seem to swell a little when i stand for just a short period, imbalance, etc.  I do not have anymore panic attacks--I was prescribed Xanax around July and used it for a month to get through the rough patch, and am not using any of that anymore.

since then, have had multiple diagnosis....LABS, meniere's--which I do NOT have, and now they are thinking it is Migraine associated Vertigo/Dizziness. I am currently on Nortriptyline and am at 20mg per night and will up to 30mg this sat. I have had a decrease in headaches, but nothing changing yet with the visual problems.

...after losing 10 pounds--and being bed-ridden for weeks at the beginning of this--I have seen and had done....
MRI and EEG--normal- with neurologist--who thinks migraine
B-12--was low, but now back around 680 with help of sublinguals
normal thyroid and blood sugar
EKG in the ER
a few hearing tests--normal
ENG and rotary chair tests--showed lower function in left ear but not by much, suspect Migraine to be the cause

I would like to know if there is something that would cause these symptoms all-together and why it isn't going away.  I feel like I am losing my mind with this.  It seems like no doctor is fully listening to me and getting the big picture!!! Please help with any ideas or suggestions
Alexi

I have been having the same symptoms since june of 07 after a tetanus vaccine and 2 weeks of antibiotic levaquin. I have been tested and everything looks normal but my symptoms remain. I try not to focus on how I feel and do as much as I can when I can. It could have been from the vaccine or the Levaquin. My symptoms are constant, they also said Migraine related but I did not take the meds. Also HPPD and Candida could create these symptoms not to mention anxiety.
Just keep living and moving forward, whatever it is will pass, I decided to keep on living my life as much as I can until it goes away.

Good Luck, We Will Get Better!
