24/7 diziness, short memory loss burning mouth and nail discolouration

Hello im 22 year old man and been experiencing very bad and strange syphtoms for about 2 mouths.
So everything happened when i had unprotected sex and got some spots near pubic area and once i saw them i went into some kind of shock motion and everything happened.
I remember that night my heart was racing i was sweating i didnt know what is happening to me which was probably anxiety and it lasted for short period of time.
So i got tested for all stds did blood test as well it all came back negative as after this shock emotion now i have 24/7 non stop dizziness but it fells like my brain would be in a dream state or infected with something other thing is i lose my memory for example if i would meet new people i would forget how they looked like also it fells like my tongue or mouth is burning, and i get like ringing sound in my brain and it occurs usually when its quet and also i get some nail discolouration i seen gp she went this might be anxiety but it seemed she wasnt too sure as well but i mean i dont really fell anxious or anything psyhologically i fell fine but these symphtoms are non stop like and having them it makes my body fell tired and i just dont know whats that.
So i wanted to ask is this could be some nerve damage? Or maybe a disfuncion of a nervous system?? Because even before it happened i felt and everyone else said it that i look very tense all the time without me realising it and then when this happened i got all of those symphtoms and i mean guys trust me it destroying my life having them 24/7 you just dont know what to expect acually so can anyone help me out??
