27 yr old epilepsy

My brother is 27 has been diagnosed for Megalencephalic Leukodystrophy.
He has history of seizures for which he is under medication with Sodium Valproate since 2000. He had one seisure in 2008.

He has weakness on the left side due to which he cannot walk without support. He has been undergoing Physiotherapy for the last more than 7 years. Hydrotherapy and other alternative therapies have been tried.

The condition has been improving but he still cannot walk independently. We are looking for:
1. Any Therapy or Rehabilitation Centre which can improve his condition and make him walk INDEPENDENTLY.
We are not looking for any aids to make him independent.

2. Whether LOKOMAT can improve the condition.
