29 years old... In desperate need of MRI results simplified

Paravertebral soft tissues are unremarkable. Alignment  is unremarkable. Vertebral heights are maintained. The bony cortex is unremarkable. The marrow cavity is unremarkable. The cord demonstrates no evidence of syrinx or tumor. There is no evidence of Chiari malformation.

C2-C3: The disc is unremarkable. The foramina are patent.

C3-C4: The disc is unremarkable. The foramina are patent.
Cervical MRI findings

C4-C5: There is a right eccentric disc bulge. Some right foraminal narrowing is identified.

C5-C6: There is a minor central disc bulge. The foramina are patent.

C6-C7: There is a minor disc bulge. The foramina are patent.

C7-T1: The disc is unremarkable. The foramina are patent.

Lumbar MRI findings:

Slight curvature of the lumbar spine convex to the right. Multilevel premature degenerative disc disease, disc dehydration and disc space narrowing, L2-L3 through L5-S1. Vertebral body height is relatively well-maintained throughout. Focal fat in posterior L5 vertebral body. No discrete pars defect. No spondylolisthesis. The bone marrow signal is normal.Spinal cord signal appears normal. The conus medullaris is normal in position. The visualized aorta is normal in caliber. The paraspinal soft tissues appear normal.

T12-L1:  No disk bulge, spinal canal or neuroforaminal stenosis.

L1-2:   No disk bulge, spinal canal or neuroforaminal stenosis.

L2-3:   Small broad-based disc herniation slightly indents the thecal sac. Contributes to mild foraminal stenosis.

L3-4:   A small broad-based disc herniation more prominent on the right side partially effaces the right corner of the thecal sac. Measures 3 or 4 mm, slightly smaller than previous. Disc herniation and mild overgrowth the posterior elements contribute to mild- moderate canal stenosis. Maximum dimensions of the thecal sac 11 x 6.8 mm. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy measuring up to 3 mm. Mild narrowing of both neural foramen.

L4-5:   A moderate-sized disc herniation effaces most of the thecal sac more so on the right side. Thecal sac measures up to 6 x 4 mm. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy measuring 3 mm. Mild/moderate narrowing of both neural foramen.

L5-S1: Small broad-based disc herniation effaces the anterior thecal sac. Contributes to mild- moderate foraminal stenosis and looks similar to previous.

I had a Lumbar MRI done in 2014 and was told I had DDD and Severe Spinal Stenosis from the same imaging center. What does this mean for me?
