4 yr old and eyes rolling

My daughter is 4 and for the last few weeks she has been telling me her eyes are bothering her. Lately she has been rolling her eyes to the back of her head. I don't know if this is a result of 2 months ago when she had to be put on a nebulizer for 2 weeks (w/ albutorol). What type of doctor should I take her to and could this be serious?

get a camcorder handy and be prepared to film these episodes. does she have a pediatrician? 1st go there but it sounds like she may need a pediatric neurologist. But very important get video of this when it happens. Sometime Dr's tend not to believe parents when we try to tell them what we are seeing.
