If you are in India try Stem Cell Therapy which will be the future for many incurable diseases/conditions.  Geeta Shroff in New Delhi seems to be the one of the best.  Also other therapy you can investigate is HBOT.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. I understand your predicament. The neurological deficits following a stroke can vary from half body to lower limbs paralysis, speech deficit, memory loss, cognitive dysfunction, etc. you need to wait and watch as to how much function can be retrieved. You need to consult a neurologist for the assessment of neurological function deficit. He would be able to guide you to a neurophysiologist also who can determine your memory loss and work with behavior therapy. it is very difficult to comment any further.  Take care.
