Adenoma Symptoms Evolving

I'm a 37 year old male diagnosed with Adenoma 3 years ago after being hospitalized for a stroke.  Over the past 5 months I've been having tingling and numbness in my hands and face.  My stomach hurts daily which also result in daily vomiting. My primary physician and emergency room doctors are unable to determine the cause of all my symptoms just recommend one medication after another. I'm scheduled for another MRI. Could all these symptoms be related to my Adenoma?  If so, what are your recommended steps and questions that I should ask my physicians.

Adenoma of the pituitary gland.  Is it possible that the tumor is growing therefore pressing against other nerves or cells causing these issues?
