i have seen a neurologist now. She doesnt believe it to be a tia. there have been many symptoms after and she believes them to be stress related. i can only hope these symptoms will disappear

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.
I do not know your stroke risk factors, but your symptoms are atypical for stroke as it does not fit a typical distribution, however it does not necessarily mean you didn't have a stroke. If the stroke is very small, it may not show up on a CT scan. In these cases, an MRI is usually better.
The episode of Left facial numbness is the most worrisome of the episodes. I'm not sure about the other episodes, but either way, to formally say you did not have a stroke, would be to have an MRI if possible (no metal in your body).
