Thank you for your reply... I have posted some of my results below. My nuero was testing for ms. I have all over twitching and strong muscle tightening through the trunk of my body that is constant. Several odd sensations all over. Tested positive for carpal tunnel in my left hand(i am right handed) i have extreme tenderness in my upper left rib cage.between the tenderness and muscle tightness i can hardly get comfortable most nights. My buttocks muscles hurt as well. I get an odd warm feeling deep in my hips. Also, the strangest pressure within my ears.( no fluid or infection) pain behind my eyes, random loss of balance, i trip over my own feet often and drop things. Very tired and weak. intense raynauds.brain fog and lack of interest. Negative ANA, normal b12 and magnesium, no spinal lesions, multiple white matter hyperintensities on FLAIR that do not engance and have not changed in 1 and a half years. Any aditional input would be great. Thank you for reading. I am just so tired, sore, and frusterated.

Hi!
High lymphocytes in the CSF usually indicate an infection like meningitis or they could be high due to subarachnoid hemorrhage or due to conditions like multiple sclerosis and syphilis. Usually any of these conditions will cause a rise in CSF albumin. So, if there is low CSF albumin, it means the plasma albumin is likely to be pretty low.
Low plasma albumin can be the result of malabsorption syndromes, Celiac disease, chronic hepatitris B or C, non alcoholic hepatitis, hemochromatosis, Wilson’s disease, autoimmune hepatitis, and alpha 1 antitrypsin enzyme deficiency. Hence all tests to rule these out should be done. Increased urinary loss as in kidney problems or due to diabetes can also be investigated.
