All over cramps/ twitching/ nervepain

It's been 12 years if since the start. 32 yr old female. 2 kids
Twitching all over body. Fast, slow thumps or hit and go, electric like fast ripple, myokemia like quivers.
Spasms, cramps ever single area. Twinges o sudden cramp. In multiple places at the same time. Tightness and tearing like pain all over.
Stabbing migrating pain. Tinling burr ing pain.
Stiffness.
It's like dominoes. One cramp starts another.
This got worse after flu hit in 2003 but has been going on since 1998
Slowly been progresseing and now horrible pain.
Several MRI with and without contrast, several emg (even repetitive emg) ncv normal( only carpel tunnel) chest ct,stomach ct normal. Sps, vgkc, spep serum, ace, pth, throid, parvovirus all normal. Muscle biopsy normal(mild denervation) only thing elevated over years have been sed rate and now severe vitamin d deficiancy. Trace blood in urine( no reason). Rhumatological and endocrinology work up normal.
My cramps are so bad now hurts like hell. It moves around all over body. Doctor says it could be like Isaac but it dosent show up on the emg. I have had so many test done and repeated .
Oh yes spinal tap (normal)
Whats left to check. Genetic test?? Which kind any recomendatiins
If this is all over then is it more metabolic like thyroid.
Do I need mytonia DNA test of some neuropathy DNA test.

I've been experiencing body cramps all over for the last few months, tinglings and muscle spasms in my face or lips, sometimes there's a heaviness or weakness at times in my hands or feet! Are there any suggestions or recommendations?

I want to add I had the cramps in my throat and face too. The same twinges if sudden cramp all over face and thraot and under toungue. Toungue stiffness and thraot stiffness. Its like constant state of tightness in throat that makes it difficult to swallow. Just like calf will be sore for days after cramps, throat stiffens like that. Talking chewing swallowing makes it worse anf even the tightness make me gag at times. It even in my stomach and ribs. In chest it's sudden spasm that stops me in my track until it passes.
