Ativan for muscle twitching

I have chronic muscle twitching that comes and goes throughout the day. Does Ativan work to help these symptoms? Or if not, what are the best options?

Thanks for the reply.

Can Ativan be used for muscle twitching unrelated to Anxiety?

Yes, Ativan can help reduce muscle twitches and is especially helpful in twitches associated with anxiety.
To treat the twitches, you have to find the cause first—it can be electrolyte imbalance, Lyme’s lupus, thyroid problems, nerve compression or a sleep disorder.
Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!
