Floaters are generally associated with diabetes. You need an hba1c test.

Diabetes can ocasionally produce kusmal respirations, which produce shortness of breath.

Loss of balance is generally due to a disturbance in the vestibular organs, which is usually due to infection.

Have you had blood pressure checked?  Also any inner ear symptoms if any should be checked out.

It could be your electrolytes (Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Calcium); low blood sugar; low blood pressure; dehydration; etc.

I used to get this a lot when I was eating and drinking infrequently and of poor quality.
