Brain MRI Results

Hi, I had a brain MRI done due to various symptoms, some which include numbness and burning in both legs and feet. I've been experiencing dizziness and fatigue along with that. Findings in MRI state, "numberous high signal foci are noted in the periventribular and subcortical white matter of cerebral himespheres bilaterally on T2 and FLAIR. There are 2 such high signal foci in the posterior left temporal lobe white matter and one in the anterior right temporal lobe white matter....."  Being referred to a neurologist.... Any input on what this might mean?
