Bulging veins on temporal regions of my head.

I was recently involved in an accident on November 16 in which I fell unconscious and hit my head which caused trauma to my head, and at that time I also had a really bad fever. I stayed in the hospital for a week and the doctor diagnosed me with migraines because during the stay I had headaches the whole time. Since then my headaches got worse and worse and now I'm to the point that I cannot even attend spring semester at my college. I went to a neurologist and they prescribed me Nortriptyline, Methylprednisolone, and Rizatriptan. Since I have taken these medications I have gained a little relief however, it all just came back after a week. When I was on rizatriptan it constricted the vessels on the temporal regions of my head and I did not feel them throbbing too much, however, there were still headaches. Next, I went on methylprednisolone which I think made my headaches even worse, but I finished the dosage and I'm still in a lot of pain. I have been living with severe headaches for 3 months now and I don't know what I can do to improve that. Every night I go to sleep and I just feel the veins in my head throbbing and throbbing and it hurts. I cannot tolerate the heat because when my body heats up the headaches get worse so I open the window to keep my body cold. Everytime I've been on advil since my hospital stay and I think its gotten to the point where advil doesn't work. Please help me.

I also have troubling focusing and its harder for me to concentrate and I cannot read very much either because my head just starts hurting. The doctors also said it could be a concussion due to the fall.
