Burning sensations throughout the body and headache

I have been experiencing burning sensations all over my body but mainly on my chest back head and groin area. It is every day and it stops at times. I also experience headaches and I am thirsty all the time. Do you have any advice for me? What could it be? I would appreciate any advice or information.

I'm FIXED! I had burning skin for three days.. Back legs, arms, face..itchy but more burning. Anything I ate would make it worse. I thought it was a shellfish allergy..nope.

I realized I was B12 deficient from one of the posts on here. I got Sublingual B12 with folic acid. Took a shot of that under the tongue. Then bought Vitamin Shoppe's Soy Protein Shake (which also has 100% daily B complex vitamins, and many amino acids) and drank one cup with milk. Feel much better already and that was two hours ago I bought them both.

Also bought a Cal-Mag-Zinc for later to take before sleep and will be munching on spinach later and making some guacamole to restore glutathione.

I always change my diet, but I havent had much bread as I think I have an allergy to wheat. Forgot to keep taking B vitamins for missing vitamins.

Good luck! There is always a cure! Just keep researching and trying different things. Stay hopeful.

I am suffering with a chronic internal burning sensation throughout my body and bad headaches.  It will go away for a few days then return.  Very painful and hard to focus with all the pain.    My 3 fasting glucose test have been 94, 109 and 95 over the past 18 months. So, not real high.  My PCP is monitoring my glucose every 6 months.
Just tested my tsh few months ago and the tsh was high 5.025 and
T4 Free was in normal range.  The OB doctor is the one who did the thyroid test so I haven't gotten any treatment for it   Could the thyroid if hypo cause me this much pain or no?  What is the most likely cause of the burning sensations throughout my body and headaches?  I need some relief and help soon as possible.  Anything I can do for myself?

Hi, please get yourself investigated for diabetes and hypothyroidism. This could be due to diabetes, low calcium levels, neuropathy, vitamin B deficiency etc. Get blood and urine tests to rule out these conditions.
