Hello

Is anybody having a hard time driving due to the dizziness?
I had that dizziness for 1 year and 6 months. The driving was a nightmare even in the local road.
Like many others, I went to many different doctors with no result.
I read somebody got cured by the SCM(Sternocleidomastoid) Trigger point massage in your neck. I tried it for several days. Surprisingly my dizziness was gone, I could drive on high way as well.
I feel like I got my life back. I am wondering how many of you can possibly can get cured easily by this massage like me? Please try this massage and if you got better or cured, please let me know.

You just need to be careful not to massage the artery.
If you watch any video for SCM trigger point massage, they only suggest you to massage muscles. If I didn't find this, I still wouldn't be able to drive without dizziness. It was very difficult to live like that over a year. No doctors couldn't figure or help. I have been massaging it for six days and I feel great. I just would like to share this for people who are suffering without knowing about the possible cause of their dizziness. Thanks to internet, I could be cured so I feel I owe other people as well. I want to help others.
