Can someone please tell me what this MRI result means?

When comparison is made to 3/1/19, there is a radiographically improved appearance of bilateral temporal lobes reflecting decreased (but persistent) cortical and subcortical T2/flair signal hyperintense vasogenic edema.
2. Otherwise, no significant interval change.
Persistent findings: 1. Numerous punctate microhemorrhages within bilateral temporal lobes.  2. No evidence of abnormal diffusion restriction.  3. Supratentorial chronic microangiopathy.  4. Punctate focus of GRE susceptibility left posterior frontal lobe, likely reflective of remote hypertensive microhemorrhage.  5. Diffuse cerebral volume loss with passive ventricular dilatation. 7. Right lens replacement.  8.  Mucoperiosteal thickening of the paranasal sinuses more significant involving the left maxillary sinus. Complete opacification of a hypoplastic right sphenoid sinus.

1) A blood hemorage that was located within both temporal lobes has cleared up some, however multiple small points where the hemorrhages have occurred are still present.
2) There is No evidence of lesioning that has occurred.
3) There has been thinning of the blood vessles in the grey/white matter of the brain.
4) There's a place where the MRI is picking up some interference while doing the scan, most likely from heme-iron deposits left over from minor brain bleeding.
5) Reduction in the size of the brain due to a present/previous issue with the heart.
6) 6 was never listed.
7) Noting that the lense of the right eye has been replaced due to vision issues (cataracts, etc)
8) at the time of the scan, a sinus infection is present, or the patient has been prone to sinus infections without accurate care, and this has caused issues for them later on in life.
