Car is still moving when I drive to long

I haven't been driving for a very long time, and when I normally drive it's only for like 15 minutes. But the past few I've driven for over 30 minutes, when I stop at a light it feels like the car is still moving. Like I'm going forward. And when I put my foot on the gas then it stops? Do I just need to drive more often or is it something else?

It's "something else".  You have a problem, most likely in the vestibular organ of the ear. Usually this problem is self-limiting and goes away after a few weeks. That is, assuming the car is actually stopped, when you feel it is continuing to move. If this continues after a month or two, you might consider an appointment with a neurologist. The drug meclizine, although prescribed for vertigo, usually solves this problem.
