feeling of swinging in the Rt side of the head and Rt leg

hi everybody.... i would like to ask u about my complaint plz, during the last six months i had  feeling like an electrical current or pressure in the Rt side of my head and Rt leg only, it last for 2-5 seconds and disappear without any movement in the limb, its just like falling from height or something like that, at first this symptoms occur 3-6 times per day, while in the last few days it occur up to 10 times, i had consult a doctor last month he advise me to make neuro-imaging for my brain and i had do MRI and CT-Scan and both of them are normal, and he prescribe to me anti-convusent durg and i didnt get benifit from it, so can anybody help me plz cuz this condition anoying me, remember that there is no any associated symptoms or any abnormal neurological finding just like sensory felling without gross movement.

Thank u very much doctor paderla for your comment....dear doctor i'm 22 years old and i don't complaint from D.M or other diseases that cause neuropathy , also there is no history of alcohol consumption or any chronic drug use, and the condition still annoying me till now :(

Hello and hope you are doing well.

If its just a feeling, check to rule out neuropathy. It is a disorder of the nerves which causes numbness, tingling, unusual sensations and sometimes pain. Diabetes Mellitus can cause neuropathy. Other causes like vitamin deficiencies, alcohol consumption and certain medications can cause neuropathy. Also, nerve conduction studies are diagnostic.
