Can someone help with this MRI finding of the Cervical Spine?
Straightening of the cervical lordosis. General Degenerative changes. Multilevel Disc Dessication, decreased disc height, most prominently with markedly decreased disc height at the c5-c-6 level. Endplate irregularity, uncovertebal hypertrophy, changes of facet arthritis and osteophyte formation. Small Nerve Root Sleeve Cysts.
C3-C-4, Increased signal of the disc centrally from degenerative changes/annular fissure,
C4-C5-Mild central, left greater than right paracentral disc protrusion, intermediate signal from degenerative changes and annular fissures, indenting the thecal sac, underlying slight disc ridge coplex,
C5-C6- disc ridge complex, more prominent in the left foraminal region with moderate to severe left neural foraminal narrowing, slight right neural foraminal narrowing. Intermediate signal of the disc from degenerative changes and annular fissure.
Additional finding: Shotty Cervical Nodes, soft tissue fullness of the posterior nasopharynx may be from adenoidal/lymphoidal hypertrophy
