Hello Dear,
Multilevel chronic degenerative disease may cause radicular pain in thighs and legs, difficult walking, backache, cramps, neurological signs like tingling, numbness, heaviness, pressure and weakness of extremities.
You should take vitaminB supplements and should consult a physiotherapist for pain management.Neck and back extension exercises will help you.Avoid bending and lifting heavy weights.
