Constant stimulus

Hello, I have a 20 year old twin sister who has been going through random twitching episodes for the last 6 months or so. I was just curious as to what in the nerves could be doing this? The doctors and specialists are totally clueless. PLEASE!!!! To get a better understanding of the foundation of my question, go to youtube and type in Katie Twitching. It should be the first video that shows up. If you have any concern or want to really serve those to use this website, I ask you to spend five minutes of your time watching this clip and inform me of anything that could possibly be contributing to this.
