Cranial CSF leak, can it be detected using a plain CT scan of sinus?

Hello everyone

I wanted to know if a plain ct scan of the sinus is enough to detect possible csf leak or if a skull ct scan is needed. Also, if a ct scan of the sinus shows no issues or defects; does that definitive that there is no csf leak?

Any help in this would be appreciated. Thanks everyone
