Dizziness, Tingling sensation, temporary loss of vision.

My name is Stephanie, I'm sixteen and for the past couple of years I've been having these spells that include Severe dizziness to the point were if i don't sit down i will fall, a tingling feeling through out my entire body (it kind of feels like I've been electrocuted), My vision blacks out until the spell is over. Each spell lasts only about 30 to 40 seconds and i get it almost every day sometimes a couple of times a day.
I really need help with this, doctors have told me its not seizures.

It's a result of sedentary lifestyles.  When you aren't active enough, you develop low blood pressure because your heart is not used to working hard.  When you start doing anything physical, even simply standing up, your body isn't ready to react from sheer lack of being used to it.  With little blood getting to your brain, it does not process signals from your body, resulting in a numb tingle, and temporary blindness and deafness.  It is a warning sign that you are at a much higher risk for strokes

stephanie... i too have expierenced these symptons and am searching for answers. At first i wasnt freaked out because i had been smoking pot when it had first happened. But now i feel i cant blame the bud for this because it has happened again more recently  , and i havnt smoked for months.... i'm still pretty freaked out , and am hoping it wasn't a stroke :/ . Have you had any other symptons?
