It's a result of sedentary lifestyles. When you aren't active enough, you develop low blood pressure because your heart is not used to working hard. When you start doing anything physical, even simply standing up, your body isn't ready to react from sheer lack of being used to it. With little blood getting to your brain, it does not process signals from your body, resulting in a numb tingle, and temporary blindness and deafness. It is a warning sign that you are at a much higher risk for strokes
guess i should also add that i am 19 bout 190 pounds in very good shape, so a stroke just sounds to far fetched for me.
stephanie... i too have expierenced these symptons and am searching for answers. At first i wasnt freaked out because i had been smoking pot when it had first happened. But now i feel i cant blame the bud for this because it has happened again more recently , and i havnt smoked for months.... i'm still pretty freaked out , and am hoping it wasn't a stroke :/ . Have you had any other symptons?
