Dizziness after turning around

I have unmedicated MS, primary reading epilepsy and high blood sugar but didn't look after that.
Could that be caused by either?
I know MS causes dizziness but it's specifically when I turn around.

Thank you for your question but are sorry you are suffering dizziness.  It sounds like you are saying that you have been diagnosed with some conditions but are currently not treating them, correct?  We're here to help.  Is there a reason you aren't?  Issues with access to care, financial concerns, anxiety over treating them and overwhelmed? Dizziness can be caused by many things. Your personal situation that you tell us of here could cause the dizziness. Untreated high blood sugar indeed leads to dizziness for some.  High blood sugar can make you dizzy because of the physiologic response to high glucose levels.  Many with this situation are also dehydrated which can lead to dizziness as well.  https://www.medicinenet.com/hyperglycemia/article.htm
