Dizziness/vertigo/lightheaded for 7 months

About 7 months ago I was working on my yard when suddenly I felt really tired and dizzy. Next day after finishing my coffee I felt this warm sensation on the back of my head, suddenly I felt like if my stomach wanted to get out through my mouth and I felt extremely weak, almost fainted but didn't. I was rushed to the ER stayed there for 5 days. They found that one of my secondary arteries from the heart is 50% blocked. The doctor said that it was not life threatening therefore did not put a stent. Two months later I felt the same thing, dizzy then stomach tries to get out through my throat. I was rushed to the ER they performed an MRI (no dye). The doctor did not find anything so he let me go. Since January(7 months now) I have felt dizzy/vertigo/lightheaded EVERYDAY some days worse than others but every single day. Anybody knows what can this be? Can this be an un-ruptured aneurysm?
