Dear Jennifer, welcome to the medhelp forum. It would be nice if you could elaborate your health query a little more. if it is dizziness that you are experiencing, you need to consult a physician immediately since this could be due to various conditions. Dizziness is seen in headaches, migraines, and anemia, cardiac conditions like hypo and hypertension, arrhythmias, metabolic conditions like hypoglycemia. It can manifest when you stand upright from prolonged lying down position. The doctor would do a clinical assessment and certain blood tests to find the cause for this. Headaches also could indicate high blood pressure, hypoglycemia, stress, migraines, and cluster and tension headaches. If the pain is, one sided, tumor and aneurysm need to be excluded with an MRI brain. Sinusitis is another condition where headache may present, varying with movement of head.
You are welcome with further elaboration of your condition and for more queries.
Wish you all the best.
can you explain all little more about your head pain? Where is it located? How would you describe it? Thanks!!!
