Do I have MS?

So for some time time now I have had some symptoms that doctors are baffled with as all tests are coming back normal. For 2 years now Ive had pins and needles in my left arm and legs, chronic back pain, neck tightness, heaviness in legs constant thrush (since I was 8, I am know 21), chest wall pain, pain in sides of chest and dizziness. Are these symptoms of multiple sclerosis??? My doctor said it may be. I have had 2 ecg's. X-rays, bloods and nothing comes up heart wise.

I'm 21 and stressed as to what this could be!

I've had all your symptoms except for thrush. In fact I've never suffered a single fungal infection of any type in my life and I believe this is mainly due to damage done to my kidney due to eating too much sugar (fungus hates acidic pH!) not to mention my favourite foods are high saturated and saturated fatty acids are anti fungals too.

While I did have some of your symptoms with vitamin B12 deficiency (this deficiency is an MS mimic and easily missed due to far too low a reference range), I had every one of your symptoms, bar the thrush of course, due to magnesium deficiency.

As Dr Mark Hyman states: "Think of magnesium as the relaxation mineral. Anything that is tight, irritable, crampy, and stiff -- whether it is a body part or an even a mood -- is a sign of magnesium deficiency."

Vaginal infections is a possible symptom of magnesium deficiency.  A research study reported in the November 2005 issue of Mycoses found women with repeated vaginal yeast infections had significantly lower levels of calcium, magnesium and zinc than the women who did not have infections.
