Do this cause leakage of CSF

What symptoms are caused from a mild posterior disc osteophyt eeffacing the anterior  CSF but NOT compressing the spinal cord itself ..the neural foramina are patent ...I had a second opinion with lazer spine institute said theres no stenosis or compression they seen the actual MRI..My question is if its mildly effacing the anterior of the CSF do that mean i could have any leakage
