Do you have any ideas of what this could be?

I am a 28 year old female who has been relatively healthy until about 6 weeks ago I have been getting this strange feeling in my head where sometimes it feels like a crawling sensation others tingling, numb, or burning in different spots ( back, side, top and temples) my head also feels heavy at times. This has been happening for about 6 weeks. I've also had pain in a spot in my back and a few times some severe chest pain which the er doctors say is due to panic attacks but I've been totally calm when the chest pain starts. I've done ct scan, blood tests, x rays (chest and back), ultra sounds, heart monitor, 4 ecg tests and everything came back fine. Last week i went to my private doctor where i took the back x rays he says my spine is fine and that its a muscle issue that caused the back and chest pain, i'm now taking soma tablets but my head pain won't go away and it's really scary. What could be the cause? I'm really concerned.
