Does This Sound Neurological?

I am 22 years old, Female, 5'2" & weighing 107lbs. I am fairly active and never had these crazy "symptoms" until I started getting anxiety and googling. I had a recent visit with my GP & my eye doc 2 months ago who both said I was ok. I wear glasses while driving & for distance activities for mild near-sightedness.

Anyways, I have been worrying myself sick and I seem to have a new obsession everyday. I want to know if any of these sound like a serious neuro issue. I recently had bloodwork done, everything was normal. I also work a desk job and spend 75% of my day looking at a computer & sitting awkwardly in an oversized office chair. Anyways, here are my symptoms:

- occasional headaches, usually in the temple area or the base of the skull. They are never long lasting and respond to ibuprofin. more "nagging" than they are painful. Sometimes it will be a brief pain and go away in a minute or so. I do occasionally get headaches behind my eyes, as well.
- waking up occasionally in the middle of the night with a numb hand.. goes away in 30 seconds - 1 minute
- in dim light, my pupils seem to be SLIGHTLY off.. nobody else notices this, but when I look in the mirror I see it. when i'm in bright light, they are normal & they both respond to light.
- waking up and having double vision for 1 second until it adjusts itself
- sometimes my distance vision is a bit blurrier than normal, but my entire vision is never blurry - close up is always ok.
- painless muscle twitches all over body [seem to get better when i keep with taking vitamins] and sometimes my foot or hand will slightly move. only happens when my muscles are at rest.
- sometimes i get a very very mild tingling in my hand/arm of the elbow i generally lean on at work, but it happens later in the day after I am not leaning on it, as well.
- occasional eye floaters and sometimes I have after-image spots in my vision, typically worse without my glasses on
- anxiety!!!

Just looking for some hints. I am so scared of having a brain tumor or MS :(

I used to be that when i still had my period and i could use BC because of this, but now that i dont have any female organs i have absolutely no control over any of it. I refuse to use premarin cuz it causes breast cancer, but i use a plant based progesteron/estrogen....and i think the prgesteron is what i  react to mostly, but like i said before i had these problems before my hysterectomy, but for some reason before it, my period had stopped completely....who knows? Wish there was  away for you to not have to use it. I know what you mean about the parents and boyfriend hating that we look online. They make fun of me and I also I have 12 yr old daughter who does as well. I am starting to see her anxiety start as well. Poor girl.

Absolutely the more I read the more I get. My parents and boyfriend get so mad at me for going on Google.. haha. I am on extended cycle BC, which means I don't get my period for 3 months. It seems once I get it, I calm down and don't worry about things. I have become overly sensitive and every little thing means something life threatening to me. I think we both need to calm down and stop overanalyzing :)

I am 30 yrs old. My symptoms started about 2 yrs ago. One night my left side went numb for a short time....I fell down some time that month and I also got a viral infection.I started have tingling and numbness in arms etc. Now I am just really really weak. I once was healthy working 12 hrs a day. I have back pain, racing heart, digestive issues, and constant pressure in my head specifically behind one eye, neck pain, too many things to mention, jaw pain as well. Last night I had a flashling light sensation. I do not take birth control and yeah that would make it worse. I had a much unneeded hysterrecotomy a yr ago hoping n praying this was hormone related. I did have a CT scan and MRI. Feels like i am going nuts cuz they cannot find anything. I have been to ER many times. They say my heart is fine but have no idea why it races. I stand up and I am even weaker. My hands turn purple or red and i cannot breathe. I hope your issue is from birth control.Do yo u find the more you read..you get new symptoms?
