Does this sound like a seizure??

I have experienced depersonalization/derealization and chronic daily headache for 3 years.   Recently,  there have been episodes of  intense derealization, confusion,  very high sense of impending doom,  and voices become distorted, objects loose their depth and meaning.    These episodes only last less than 30 seconds and I do not have other classic signs of anxiety attack such as tremling, tachycardia, sweating, etc.   It happens in any situation.

Hi there.  I'm no expert, though I do have a son with epilepsy so I've done a whole lot of research, and this doesn't sound like a seizure.  I'll be really honest with you, I have no idea what this is, but seizures are generally more focalized, and the person who has the seizure rarely remembers the events immediately preceeding, the events during, or the events immediately following a seizure.  You may want to have an MRI or Cat Scan to check that meningioma to ensure it hasn't changed.  A 24 hr EEG would rule out epileptic activity - just to be sure.  Good luck, and let me know what happens.
