EMG results

I have had two EMGs in the last several months. In the first performed on my left leg it showed some reduced recruitment in my iliopsoas muscle. In the second EMG perfomed on my right leg it showed "slow firing of motor unit potentials in most of the muscles tested and the intermittent activation of motor unit potientals in most of the muscles tested" are these things to worry about? If so, what illness could they point to. (other symptoms include motor weakness in all extemities; twitching, shaking, and muscle contrations in all extemities and face; trouble swallowing; urinary incontinence; visual changes; and extreme fatigue)

I am actually feeling worse with falls becoming increasingly frequent. I am consulting a neurologist at UCLA for more indepth screenings. My concern is that I have PMDD which is confused with depression and have already had on neurologist lable me with a psych diagnosis. I wanted to see is anyone else had symptoms and EMGs similar to mine that were diagnosised with and actual illness. UCLA is really my last chance. So if you have any suggestions on what questions I should ask once I  get there I would appreciate it.

Hi Kyrie,
How are you feeling now?
Your symptoms and report suggest there might be Motor neuron disease pathology or Polyneuropathy disorder.
You can reconsult your neurologist with the report.
