Entire left side pain

I have been having left side pain for over a year now. I have had MRI's and CT scans done. They say they don't see anything. It's a constant pain, hurts to itch, sometimes touch. Sometimes it starts from the back of my head and all the way down to my shoulder, arm, wrist, knee, leg, and foot. My hand swells and my back hurts. I even works to walk. I am tired all the time, even if I get six hours of sleep. The pain does not go away.It is on a daily basis. Some please help me!!!!!!!!

Your b12 may be very low. Buy some over the counter highest u can find your body will throw out what it doesn't absorb. Also have you been checked for fibromyalgia? Find a doctor that will listen to you, sometimes this takes awile. When I found help it was really a last effort before purchasing a wheel chair there were days I couldn't walk so doctors only seen me on days I could.
