Excess Fluid?

Let me star off by saying I am a 19 year old female. I had an MRI that showed excess fluid built up in my brain, my neurologist concluded this because my pituitary gland was so compressed that she wasn't able to see it in the MRI.  She has decided to send me to one of the top neurological institutes in the nation for further testing and that concerns me a little bit. Would you happen to have any idea on what this could be? Thank you in advanced.

It is possible u have pseudo tumor cerebri also known as intercranial hypertension....

Some times there is a known reason for this and many times there is none,
