Exertional headache/chest pain and other

I have temporal lobe epilepsy and early small vessel disease as im 41.

I also have coronary small vessel disease.

However, i have been finding that i get exertional headache and even on slight stuff and chest pain together. Relieved with gtn


It can even get to the point of light headedness and i go unresponsive.

To an outsider it looks like an absence seizure which i get but its not.

(It still gets put down as seizure)

Its happening more and more.

I also seem to get spasms in my neck brain area causing slurred speech and tia symptoms relieved with no damage.
