There is a procedure called the Eppley Maneuver that is used to alleviate vertigo caused by inner ear particles that have moved out of position.
But you need a physician who can diagnose the vertigo.
See this article for some information.

Symptoms of Vertigo and Dizziness

(If the url is removed, you can google for title and author, or Eppley maneuver.)

Also, if you google for migraine, magnesium, you'll find information that may help the migraines.

Wishing you the best,
Carol

Hi,

Hope you are feeling better.
You are suffering from sea sickness which is characterized by a feeling of nausea and in very severe cases vertigo after spending some time on the sea craft.
OTC prescription medicines like Dramamine and Scopolamine help. Apart from these ginger capsules and wearing special wrist bands also help in managing this condition.

Hope this helps.
