Fasciculations, tingling, pins/needles and numbness

Hello, I have been having some interesting symptoms since May 2020.  I have been experiencing body wide fasciculations, which have become visible in my left thumb.  I have also had tingling, pins and needles along with numbness in hands and feet as well. I have had MRI of cervical spine, MRI of brain June 2020, EMG of right arm/leg in June 2020 and another EMG done by a technician on November 2020.  I am wondering if people who have fasciculations for a year or longer have ended up developing ALS.  I am scared that my symptoms are getting worse and that it can take time to figure out what is wrong.  Any advice is welcome!
