Finger tremors

Hi, I am a 34 yo female. I have recently had my third episode of hand tremors within the last 9 months.  It has occurred in my left hand every time and usually lasts an hour or two only when my wrist is bent a certain way, and never while resting it.  After the tremor has subsided, my entire arm feels weak and heavy, a feeling which also spreads to my neck and face, and sometimes chest.  Afterwards, I am wiped out and have no energy, and sometimes have a headache.  I am currently working with my doctor on this issue and have even had a brain MRI with no significant findings.  I am scheduled for an EMG at the end of next month.  I don't understand the intermittent nature of my problem.  Do you have any ideas?
